Soul Level Therapy offers pre-recorded guided meditations, subconscious reprogramming audio, MAP sessions, Distance Reiki, Soul Realignment readings and property energy clearing. Sessions and readings are provided online, and energy clearing is carried out remotely.

A note about well-being

Our offerings support personal reflection, relaxation and well-being. They do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and we do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

Please continue to follow the advice of your licensed healthcare provider. Do not stop or change medication or treatment based on a meditation, reading or session.

Spiritual and intuitive readings are offered for personal exploration, rather than as guarantees of future events or particular outcomes. Individual experiences vary.

Using your meditations safely

Listen in a safe, comfortable place where you can relax without needing to stay alert. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.

You may pause or stop at any time if a practice feels uncomfortable.

Age and parental consent

Our website and services are not intended for children under 13. Individuals aged 13–17 may use our services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian must make purchases and bookings on behalf of anyone under 18.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Please check the total and the details of your order before completing payment.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We may update prices and offerings from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Digital products and personal use

When you purchase or download a meditation, you receive permission to use it privately for your own personal, non-commercial listening. You may keep a copy on your own devices.

Please do not share the files with others, resell them, upload them publicly, broadcast them or use them commercially without written permission.

Website content, recordings, images and designs are owned by Soul Level Therapy or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of that content.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without charge or cancel a scheduled online session for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose another appointment time or a full refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. Soul Realignment readings and property energy clearing involve personalised preparation and are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate information when placing an order or booking, keep account details private and use the website and its materials respectfully and lawfully.

If you provide information about another person or arrange a reading for them, please obtain their permission first. Each person included in a reading for two must consent to their own individual reading.

Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, and how to contact us about your privacy choices.

Responsibility and limitations

We aim to describe and provide our offerings with care. However, individual experiences and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, Soul Level Therapy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products or services. Where a limit is legally permitted, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned.

These limits do not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict your consumer rights.

Governing law and your rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our offerings or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be displayed on this page.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order or booking unless agreed with you or required by law.
