Property energy clearing is a spiritual practice that focuses on how a place feels to you. Using the Soul Realignment® method, I carry out a personal property reading and remote energy work, with the intention of releasing lingering influences and supporting a fresh start.
The reading uses the Akashic Records: a spiritual concept of a record of a place’s experiences and history, accessed through intuitive practice. You share the property details; I complete the work remotely and explain the reading and clearing in your PDF report.

What might come through?
The reading explores spiritual impressions about the atmosphere of your property. These are sometimes called “energetic themes.” Here is what that can mean in everyday language.
A sense of lingering tension
An impression of unresolved conflict or emotional strain connected with the space. Within this practice, this is described as an “imprint”: a perceived trace of past experiences.
A connection to the past
Impressions associated with previous occupants or earlier uses of the property, explored as part of a spiritual reading of the building and land.
A feeling of stagnation
A part of the property interpreted as heavy, unsettled, or lacking a sense of flow. Your report explains what came through and how it was addressed in the clearing.
These are examples, not a checklist of problems or a prediction of your findings. A reading may bring up different impressions, or little that calls for clearing. Intuitive findings are interpretations, not independently verified facts about a property.

No. You may simply be curious, moving in, or wanting a fresh start. This service does not assume your property is unsafe or that anything harmful is present. You do not need to know what is “wrong” or identify a particular issue before you enquire.
What can I hope to gain from this service?
You may want your home to feel more like your own, to mark the end of a difficult chapter, or to settle into a new place with a fresh start. The aim is to support a sense of ease and connection through spiritual clearing and personal guidance. You also receive a clear explanation of the work in writing. How you experience it is individual; a particular change in how you feel is not guaranteed.
What does the $195 package include?
The fee covers individual intuitive property research and analysis, the initial remote clearing using the Soul Realignment® method, your detailed PDF report, personalized recommendations, and a four-week re-check and re-clearing. The preparation and follow-up are part of the package, alongside the clearing itself.
What are “energetic themes” and what might be found?
“Energetic themes” means the impressions or patterns that arise in an intuitive property reading. Examples might be a sense of lingering tension associated with previous experiences, a connection to previous occupants, or a part of the property described as stagnant or unsettled. These examples explain the language of the practice; they are not findings I assume every property has. Your report describes what came through for your particular space. They are spiritual interpretations, not verified historical facts or evidence of a physical problem.
Can this be done without a visit?
Yes. This service is fully remote, with no in-person appointment or call required. I work from the property details you provide. Your report and recommendations are delivered by email; nothing special is required from you on the clearing day.
What will my report include?
Your report sets out the impressions from your individual property reading, explains them in plain language, describes the clearing carried out, and includes personal recommendations. For example, if the reading suggests a sense of lingering tension associated with past experiences, the report explains that interpretation and how it was addressed in the clearing. It is a spiritual account of the work, not a property inspection or historical investigation.
When will the clearing be completed?
Your property research, initial clearing, and PDF report are completed within 3–5 business days of payment. Please provide the complete property address and required intake details when booking so the work can proceed. I will contact you by email if anything needs clarification.
What happens at the four-week follow-up?
Four weeks after the initial clearing, I revisit the property within the same intuitive framework for a re-check and re-clearing. This return is already included in your package. It is a continuation of the spiritual service, rather than a guarantee of permanent protection or a particular outcome.
Who can request a clearing?
The property owner or a person who legally rents or occupies the property may request this service. Your permission is required. Please select your relationship to the property and provide its full, detailed address in the booking form.
Can this replace practical checks or professional help?
No. This is a spiritual, intuitive service. If there are concerns about safety, damp, ventilation, noise, structural condition, or other physical issues, please arrange the appropriate property inspections or professional help. Clearing does not assess or fix these conditions and does not replace medical or mental-health care.
